TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The orders for the new school year must be submitted by the given deadline. Returning students who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered by the agreed date. Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible. Please be aware that some items, if ordered late, might be out of stock in September and will be newly available only in November.

DELIVERY TERMS: The uniform garments ordered will be delivered to your school (if allowed), or to a private address in the same Country of your school by the agreed date. During the school year, our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow us to deliver all orders by 5 working days. In the unlikely event a garment will momentarily be out of stock, the delivery time might take up to 6 weeks.

PAYMENT TERMS: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop. The orders will not be delivered if not paid.                     

CANCELLATION POLICY: If, for any reason, one wishes to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery, if in their original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time. In case of a return, once we receive the garments, if in perfect conditions, we will either create a voucher on your account or refund you by the same payment method used. Please note that all vouchers on our website expire after one year from the date of issue. It is not possible to request exchanges or returns for customised products; size exchanges can be made for the same product only.

PRIVACY POLICY: We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use it in accordance with the current data protection law in Switzerland. All your personal data registered in this website will not be transmitted to third parties and will be used exclusively for the exchange of information between you and our company relevant to the products and services offered by us.
