Purchasing Instructions

The following instructions should help with the International School of Ticino uniform purchasing process. The uniform collection is made up of mandatory and optional items all of which can be ordered on this website. Mandatory articles must be bought through us, the official uniform supplier. Optional articles may be purchased at your discretion from us or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code. It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the list but just those that better suit your needs and taste.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year.  Please be aware that items ordered late, if out of stock in September, will be newly available in November. In order to help you choose the right size, please refer to the size chart that can be found on our website by clicking on any garment or under the support menu at the bottom of the home page.

Payment terms: All orders for September placed before the deadline, will have a home shipping cost of CHF 5. During the rest of the year, orders will have a home delivery cost of CHF 10 and a school delivery cost of 5 CHF. All orders must be paid by credit card or wire transfer during the checkout on our website.

 

Size exchanges & returns: All size exchanges and returns can be requested through our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch. Once logged in, please select the returns manager module and follow the simple procedure. Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after their delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time. Items can either be returned/exchanged at your school free of charge. You can also choose a home exchange option at a CHF 10 cost. In case of a return, once we receive the garments, if in perfect conditions, we will either create a voucher on your account or refund you.

 

Cancellation policy: All orders can be cancelled free of charge before the delivery. Please contact us to request a refund.
