Purchasing Instructions

The following instructions should help with the International School of Ticino uniform purchasing process. The uniform collection is made up of mandatory and optional items all of which can be ordered on this website. Mandatory articles must be bought through us, the official uniform supplier. Optional articles may be purchased at your discretion from us or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code. It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the list but just those that better suit your needs and taste.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year.  Please be aware that items ordered late, if out of stock in September, will arrive in November.To help you choose the right size you can use the charts on the website or you can try on the sample garments available at the International School of Como. It will be possible to change sizes or modify your order during the two weeks following the beginning of the school year. Throughout the school year, you will also be able to make additional orders by using our website. Payment terms: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your order.

Delivery terms: You may choose to receive the garments at school or directly at home.  Different delivery costs will apply. The uniform garments ordered for the new academic year, will be delivered the days prior to the school start. Additional information concerning distribution of uniforms will be sent from the school.

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. After having received your order, items can be returned or changed within 30 days from collection if in the original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
