The following instructions should help with the Institut Sainte-Marcelline  uniform purchasing process.

All garments can be ordered on our website uniqueuniforms.ch.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school.

Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year.

Please be aware that a few items, only if ordered late, might become out of stock in August and will be newly available only in November.

During the rest of the school year our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow the fulfillments of your orders in a matter of days.

Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.

To help you choose the right size you can use the charts on the website or you can try on the sample garments available at your school.

The uniform garments ordered for the new academic year, will be delivered at home the days prior to the school start.

Throughout the school year, you will also be able to make additional orders by using our website.

Payment terms: All items must be paid by credit card, Twint, or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your purchase. The home delivery shipping cost is 10 CHF.

Size exchanges & returns: All size exchanges and returns can be requested through our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch. Once logged in, please select the returns manager module and follow the simple procedure. Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after their delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time. Items can either be returned/exchanged at your home address at the cost of CHF 10. In case of a return, once we receive the garments, if in perfect conditions, we will either create a voucher on your account or refund you.

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel your uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded.
