Purchasing Instructions

The following instructions should help with the Verbier International School uniform purchasing process.

All garments can be ordered on our website uniqueuniforms.ch.

All orders for January must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school.

Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before January.

Please be aware that a few items, only if ordered late, might become out of stock in January and will be newly available only in March.

During the rest of the school year our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow the fulfillments of your orders in a matter of days.

Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.

To help you choose the right size you can use the charts on the website or you can try on the sample garments available at your school.

Throughout the school year, you will also be able to make additional orders by using our website.

Payment terms: All items must be paid by credit card, Twint, or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your purchase. The home delivery shipping cost is 10 CHF. The school delivery shipping cost is 5 CHF by the deadline and 10 CHF during the rest of the year.

Size exchanges & returns: All size exchanges and returns can be requested through our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch. All size exchanges and returns can only be requested for the new uniform garments and not for the items marked ‘while stocks last’. Once logged in, please select the returns manager module and follow the simple procedure. Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after their delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time. Items can either be returned/exchanged at your home address at the cost of CHF 10. In case of a return, once we receive the garments, if in perfect conditions, we will either create a voucher on your account or refund you.

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel your uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded.
