TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the given deadline. Returning students who do not respect the deadline will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered at the delivery dates. New enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TERMS: The uniform garments ordered will be delivered to your school (if allowed), or to a private address in the same Country of your school by the agreed date. 

PAYMENT TERMS: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop. The orders will not be delivered if not paid.                     

CANCELLATION POLICY: If, for any reason, one wishes to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery, if in their original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.

PRIVACY POLICY: We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use it in accordance with the current data protection law in Switzerland. All your personal data registered in this website will not be transmitted to third parties and will be used exclusively for the exchange of information between you and our company relevant to the products and services offered by us.
