Mandatory articles must be ordered and purchased only through the Unique Uniforms website. Optional articles may be purchased at your discretion from the official uniform supplier or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code.
IMPORTANT: The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the given deadline. Returning students who do not respect the deadline will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered at the delivery dates. New enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.
DELIVERY TERMS: The uniform garments ordered will be delivered to your school, or to a Swiss or Italian address by the agreed date. Information will be sent from the school about specific pick-up times if you choose school delivery.
PAYMENT TERMS: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop. Please contact us if you prefer to pay in cash during the uniform distribution before the new academic year. The orders will not be delivered if not paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If, for any reason, one wishes to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from collection if in the original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
