The following instructions should help with your school’s uniform purchasing process. Please respect the deadline of April 30th to insert your uniform request, in order to allow us to fulfil the students’ orders before the beginning of the new school year. Placing the order by the deadline doesn’t imply any commitment on your part since orders can be cancelled, changed or fully refunded any time before delivery, but it greatly helps us to determine your needs. 

Order and delivery terms

• The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline set every year by the school in the StGIS    online uniform shopwww.uniqueuniforms.ch/stgis Families who process their order after the deadline, are not guaranteed to be delivered by the beginning of the new school year.
• Please be aware that some items, if ordered late, might be out of stock at the beginning of the school year and will be available again in November.
• After the restock in November, our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow us to deliver all orders in a matter of days. In the unlikely event a garment will be out of stock, the delivery time may take up to 6 weeks.
• Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.
• All orders for the new school year will be delivered to your school or a private EU address the week before the start of the school year.

St. Gilgen International School Uniform Policy

All students will be required to wear the school uniform. The StGIS crest must be visible on each upper body layer during school days (incl. sport lessons and activities) and when representing StGIS. You can choose the items that better suit your needs from the StGIS formal and sport uniform collection.

Students are allowed to wear their own clothes under certain conditions for the specified garments below:

• Coat and down jacket, both in solid navy blue or black.
• Suit pants in solid navy blue.
• Sports leggings in solid navy blue or black (without pattern / large logos).

Conditions:

1. The garments must be in the same style and colour as the respective school uniform garment.
2. The garments must be shown to the Head of Student Life for approval.

Choosing the right size

In order to help you choose the right size, please refer to the size charts that can be found on our website by clicking on any garment or under the support menu at the bottom of the home page. The whole collection will be available at your school’s store with some garments in different sizes to determine the correct size.

Payment terms

• All orders for the new school year placed by the deadline will have a school shipping cost of 5€. During the rest the of the year, school shipping cost will be 12€.
• Home shipping cost is 14€.
• All orders can be paid by credit card or wire transfer during the check-out on our website.

Size exchanges & returns

• All size exchanges and returns can be requested within 14 days after the delivery through the StGIS online uniform shop www.uniqueuniforms.ch/stgisOnce logged in, please select the return manager module and follow the simple procedure.
• Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after their delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time.
• All items to be exchanged or returned must be shipped back to us at your own expenses. In case of a return, once we receive the garments, if in perfect conditions, we will either create a voucher on your account or refund you. Please note that all vouchers expire after one year from the date of issue. In case of an exchange, during the completion of the procedure, you will be asked to pay for the return shipment (10€). We will ship the garment in the requested size, if available in stock, in 10 working days.

Cancellation policy

All orders can be cancelled free of charge before the delivery. Once delivered, orders can be returned within 14 days. Shipping and delivery costs must be paid by the customer. Please write to us to request a refund.
