Dear parents,
the following instructions should help with the uniform purchasing process.
The uniform collection is made up of mandatory and optional items, all of which can be ordered on our website uniqueuniforms.ch. Mandatory articles must be bought through the official uniform supplier.
Optional articles may be purchased at your discretion from us or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code.
To choose the correct size, you can use the size chart found by clicking on any product on the site, or try on samples at the school, if available, or in our showrooms.
The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school.
Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year. Please be aware that a few items, only if ordered late, might become out of stock in August/September and will be newly available only in November.
During the rest of the school year our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow the fulfillments of your orders in 5 working days.
Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.
To help you choose the right size you can use the charts on our website or you can try on the sample garments available at your school, if available, or at our showrooms.
The uniform garments ordered for the new academic year, will be delivered the days prior to the school start.
Throughout the school year, you will also be able to make additional orders by using our website.

Payment terms: All orders can be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Size exchanges & returns: All size exchanges and returns can be requested through our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch. Once logged in, please select the returns manager module and follow the simple procedure. Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after the delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time.
Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded.
