Unique Uniforms Story
Unique Uniforms was created from an idea, an intuition but also from a series of lucky coincidences.
I was born in Venice to a Roman hotelier and a Venetian fashion designer. When I was 14, my parents decided that I needed an international upbringing in a more dynamic, multi-cultural environment, enrolling me in an American boarding school in Lugano that later became my first client. What seemed to me like a very bad idea at first, turned out to be the beginning of a journey in a more dynamic and multicultural world that changed the course of my life forever.
In Lugano, I obtained my BA degree in International Management and met my life and adventure partner. Shortly after, we got married and moved to Singapore, where two of our three beautiful daughters were born.
My international background and constant desire to work and create something new led me to take on multiple jobs and collaborate with various companies and realities.
Unique Uniforms began to take form from my passion for beauty, style, and Made in Italy.
Having grown up in the fashion world, thanks to my family business, and having designed and produced various knitwear collections for children, in 2005 I agreed to create a line for the school my daughters attended in Lugano.
Thanks to important collaborations, I was able to expand the original request for a simple knitwear set of garments into a total look collection suitable for the school world.
The word of mouth created thanks to the company’s good reputation favoured the growth of Unique Uniforms, which today boasts a solid presence on the market of school and sports uniforms.
