Dear Parents,

The following instructions should help with the Canadian School of Milan uniform purchasing process. The uniform collection is made up of mandatory and optional items, all of which can be ordered on this website. Mandatory articles must be bought through Unique Uniforms. Optional articles may be purchased at your discretion from us or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code. It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the list but just those that better suit your child’s needs and taste. Please note that pre-school students are requested to buy the mandatory PE uniforms made of the warm-up top, warm-up pant, t-shirt and gym shorts.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year. Please be aware that items ordered late, if out of stock in September, will arrive in November. Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.

All orders for September will be delivered to your home address the week before the start of the school year. During the rest of the school year, our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow us to deliver all orders between 7 to 10 working days. In the unlikely event a garment will momentarily be out of stock, the delivery time might take up to 6 weeks.

Choosing the right size: To help you choose the right size you can use the chart on our website or you can try on the sample garments available at our Unique Uniforms’ showroom in Via San Marco 26. We kindly ask you to book an appointment by writing to or by calling us at +39 349 5900796. We kindly remind you that it’s not allowed to purchase, order or collect uniform garments at our showroom.


Payment terms: All orders for September placed before the deadline, will have a home shipping cost of €5. During the rest of the year, orders will have a home delivery cost of €8. All orders can be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

Size exchanges & returns: All size exchanges and returns can be requested through our website Once logged in, please select the return manager module and follow the simple procedure. Garments must be returned in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and without any fault within 14 days after their delivery. No goods or claims will be accepted after this period of time. Returns and size exchanges can be requested at our showroom free of charge or at home at a cost of €10. In case of a return, once approved, we will create a voucher or refund you with the same payment method used.

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded.
