  • Where and what are the opening hours of the warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland)?
    Our warehouse is at our logistics partner’s premises B&C in via Laveggio 3, 6855 Stabio (CH). The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.  To contact the warehouse, please write an email to logistics@uniqueuniforms.ch.

  • Where and what are the opening hours of the showroom in Milan (Italy)?
    Our showroom is located in Via Statuto 16 - Milan, Italy at the Brandy Melville’s store. It is easily reachable by the M2 Moscova - Green Line subway. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. We recommend you make an appointment by writing to showroom@uniqueuniforms.ch.

  • Do I need to make an appointment for collection at the warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland)?
    As soon as the order you processed on our website is ready, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the address, opening hours and a map explaining how to get to our warehouse. Once you will have received this e-mail you will be able to go to pick-up your uniforms any time during the regular opening hours. From Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.  You will simply have to provide your order number and last name confirming the identity of the person registered on our website and your uniforms will be handed to you immediately. In the event that you send a third person to pick up the uniforms, please remember to send an e-mail in advance to logistics@uniqueuniforms.ch with the information (first and last name) of the authorized person that will pick-up the uniforms on your behalf.

  • Do I need to make an appointment for collection at the showroom in Milan (Italy)?
    As soon as your order arrives at our showroom, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the address, opening hours and a map explaining how to get to our showroom.   • Do I need to make an appointment to view the samples at the showroom in Milan (Italy)?
    Yes, you should always make an appointment so that we will be able to attend to you better and dedicate the time you need to try the different fittings.  To book an appointment, please send an e-mail to showroom@uniqueuniforms.ch, indicating the day and time of your choice. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • Is it possible to try the garments and verify sizes at the warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland)?
    No, because the warehouse only takes care of handling, delivering or shipping the orders. The sizes can be verified by trying on the garments at our showroom in Milan or at the school (if you have the different size samples at your school). If you choose the warehouse’s self-pick-up option, you will be able to verify the sizes of the garments of your order and change them on the spot, if necessary.   • Is it possible to pay an order when picking up uniforms at the warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland)?
    Yes, you can only pay in cash when you pick up your uniforms at the warehouse.

  • Is it possible to pay an order when picking up uniforms at the showroom in Milan (Italy)?
    You can only collect orders paid in advance by credit/debit card or bank wire before you pick-up your uniforms at our showroom.

  • Within how many days can I return the garments received?
    You can return the items collected within 14 days of receipt. The garments must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging.

  • How much does it cost to receive my order at home?
    In Italy, for the first delivery in September it is possible to receive the garments at home at a cost of € 10. Throughout the remainder of the school year it will be possible to receive new orders at home for € 12.

In Switzerland, it is possible to receive the orders at home at a cost of 10 CHF.

  • How much does it cost to receive my order at school?
    Not all schools have agreed to be proactive in the distribution process.  In Italy, If the school that your son or daughter attends has authorized delivery at their premises, then for the first delivery in September the cost will be € 5.  Throughout the remainder of the school year it will be possible to receive new orders at school for € 8. In Switzerland the shipping costs to school varies according to its location.

  • How long does it take to receive my order at home?
    The first delivery will be received at home 3 to 5 days before the beginning of the school year. Throughout the remainder of the school year, you will receive your garments at home within 10 days of having placed the order on our website, if available in stock.

  • Can I exchange or return garments at the school?
    Not all schools have agreed to be proactive in the distribution process. Send an e-mail to returns@uniqueuniforms.ch to find out if your school allows it.  Please remember that all returned garments must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging.

  • Can I exchange or return garments at the warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland) or at the showroom in Milan (Italy)?
    Yes. for returns you must send an email to returns@uniqueuniforms.ch indicating the order number and which items you wish to return.  You will then receive an email specifying a day and time when to drop off the returned items at the warehouse.  For exchanges, in your e-mail you should also specify the reason for the requested exchange (i.e. I don’t like the product, the size is too small, I prefer another colour, etc, etc…) and with what (new size or different item) you wish to replace the garments.  Once the new requested exchange items are ready at the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the day and time for the exchange pick up.  Please remember that all returned garments must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging.

  • How can I find out the correct size for my child?
    On our website, under each article there is a clear and detailed size chart.  In addition, at our showroom or at the schools that hold the different size samples, you can see and try on the available garments.  If you wish to try on sizes at the school premises, we suggest you contact the school directly in order to find out where they keep the samples, who you should speak to and what the most suitable times are when you may access the garments.  
  • How do I wash wool clothes?
    The wool garments can be machine washed, with a specific program and detergent. Avoid using the dryer.

  • How do I wash cotton clothes?
    Cotton garments can be machine washed at a temperature of 30°. Avoid using the dryer and always remember to iron washed clothes in order to preserve their original elasticity and softness. Since our cotton garments are 100% natural, pre-treated and pre-washed, a shrinkage of approximately 4% is considered normal and physiological.

  • Do I always have to place the orders on your website?
    Yes, it is fundamental because only once the order has been entered and confirmed, our logistics department can begin to process it. The website is very user friendly, but if you have difficulties do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Desk that will be happy to assist you.  Contact numbers for our Customer Service Desks are the following:

  • Which garments do I have to buy?
    The uniform collection is made of mandatory and optional items: mandatory garments must be purchased through our website and are required by the schools; optional items can be bought from us or from a supplier of your choice as long as they comply with the school's dress code. It is not necessary to buy all the items on the mandatory list, but only those that you consider necessary. To facilitate your choice, on our website you will find a clear list of the items that your school has defined as mandatory and optional.

  • Can garments be returned or exchanged free of charge?
    Yes, the replacement of the same garment from one size to another is free. You can replace any garment within 14 days of receipt of your order. However, please remember that all returned garments must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original labels and packaging.
  • How can I pay for the order?
    The order can be paid by credit card directly on our website, by bank wire before the pick-up of the order or in cash at the pick-up only at our warehouse in Stabio (Switzerland).  Please note that no orders can be paid for at our showroom in Milan (Italy) except for deliveries in September.

  • Can I make other orders during the school year?
    Yes of course. Any day on our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch.

  • How can I check/update my account’s data, my order status and order history?
    You can do this by clicking on your school’s page on our website and logging into your account by entering your e-mail and password.  You will have access to the history of all your orders and to your personal information that you can update or change at any time.
