PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

The following instructions should help with the uniform purchasing process.  It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the list but just those that better suit your needs and taste. To choose the correct size you can look at the size chart that you can find by clicking any article on our website, or fix an appointment to see and they on the different sizes available at our showroom in Via San Marco 26 in Milan, or at your school.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year

Throughout the school year, you will also be able to make additional orders by using our website. For size changes or any other query you might have, please make an appointment by contacting us directly at:

Payment terms: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your order.  You can also choose to pay by cash at our courier with a 6€ surcharge. The shipping cost for the orders made by the deadline is 5€. For the rest of the school year the shipping cost is 8€.

Delivery terms: The uniform garments ordered for the new academic year, will be delivered the days prior to the school start. 

 

Returns and size exchanges: The items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date only if intact and in the original packaging. We do not accept complaints or returns after the established deadline. To request a return / size change, please log into your account on our website www.uniqueuniforms.ch. Once you have logged in you will have to select the returns manager / returns and size changes module where you can indicate the items you want to return or replace and follow the instructions. In the event of a return, it will be possible to receive a voucher or be refunded in the same way the payment was made.

 

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. After having received your order, items can be returned or changed within 14 days from collection if in the original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
