The following instructions should help with the Internationsl school of Brescia uniform purchasing process. The uniform collection is made up of mandatory items, all of which can be ordered on our website It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the list but just those that better suit your child’s needs and taste.

The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year. Please be aware that a few items, only if ordered late, might become out of stock in September and will be newly available only in November. During the rest of the school year our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow the fulfillments of your orders in a matter of days.  Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible. To help you choose the right size you can use the charts on the website or you can try on the sample garments available at your school. The uniform garments ordered for the new academic year, will be delivered at home the days prior to the school start. It will be possible to request returns or size exchanges within 2 weeks after the delivery of the garments, unless you have already wear or wash the garments you wish to return.

Delivery termsAll orders for September placed before the deadline will have a shipping cost of €5. During the rest of the year, orders will have a home delivery cost of €10 or a school delivery cost of €5.

Payment terms: All items must be paid by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your order. You can also request to pay by cash on delivery for an extra cost of 6€.

Returns and size exchanges: The items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date only if intact and in the original packaging. We do not accept complaints or returns after the established deadline. To request a return / size change, please log into your account on our website Once you have logged in you will have to select the returns manager / returns and size changes module where you can indicate the items you want to return or replace and follow the instructions. All returns / size exchanges will be carried out at school for a cost of €5 or at your home address for a cost of €10. In the event of a return, it will be possible to receive a voucher or be refunded in the same way the payment was made.

Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before the delivery, please contact us directly to be refunded. After having received your order, items can be returned or changed within 14 days if in their original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
