The following instructions should help with Happy Children uniform purchasing process. The uniform collection is made up of mandatory and optional items all of which can be ordered on this website. Mandatory articles must be bought through Unique Uniforms. Optional garments may be purchased at your discretion from us or at your most convenient store as long as they follow the school’s dress code. The orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline transmitted by the school. Please be aware that items ordered late, if out of stock in September, will arrive in November. Returning students, who do not respect the deadline, will not be guaranteed to receive all garments ordered before the beginning of the new academic year. Parents who enroll their children after April are kindly asked to submit their orders as soon as possible.
Uniform Delivery: All orders for the new academic year will be delivered to your home address the week before the school start. During the rest of the year, our warehouse will always be well furnished to allow us to deliver all orders in a matter of days. In the unlikely event a garment will momentarily be out of stock, the delivery time might take up to 6 weeks.

Payment terms: All items must be paid in advance by credit card or wire transfer through the on-line shop in order for us to process your order.
Cancellation policy: It will be possible to cancel the uniform order before collecting it, please contact us directly to be refunded. After having received your order, items can be returned or changed within 14 days from collection if in their original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
