Purchasing instructions

All TASIS students are required to wear a school uniform, and the following instructions will explain the uniform-purchasing process. The TASIS uniform policy is spelled out in the HS Parents Handbook. All garments can be ordered online on this website. TASIS-crested items or with a distinctive pattern present on the mandatory list, can only be bought using our website. Other articles may be purchased from Unique Uniforms or at a store of your choice as long as the garments follow the school’s dress code. The uniform list below contains suggested quantities by the school and will help in your selection of uniform garments. It is not necessary to buy all the articles present on the website but just those that best suit the student’s needs and taste. For sizing questions, please contact us or consult the size chart available on this website.

Don’t forget to visit our TASIS Merchandise Online Store available on this website, featuring items such as bed sets, bathrobes, USB keys, etc.

IMPORTANT: Orders for the new academic year must be submitted by the deadline communicated each year by the school. Returning students who do not respect this deadline may not receive all garments ordered by the beginning of the new school year. Please be aware that items ordered after the deadline may be out of stock in September and not available until November. Newly enrolled students should submit their orders as soon as possible.

UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
Families can choose to receive the garments ordered at a Swiss address for a CHF 10 shipping cost or at school free of charge.

Opening day Uniform Distribution:
Uniforms delivered at school will be distributed as follows:

  • Boarding students will receive their uniforms in the dorms.
  • Day students can pick up their uniforms in the Dance Studio during orientation weekend in September. Additional information concerning the exact uniform pick-up time schedule is sent by the school during each summer.

Alterations/Tailoring: Students and parents can take advantage of the alterations service available on campus during the distribution days. The cost of each alteration is CHF 10.

For exchanges or other requests during the two weeks following the distribution weekend, we receive by appointment only, which can be made by contacting us directly at: info@uniqueuniforms.ch

 

All Year Uniform Distribution

During the school year, items ordered on-line with the delivery at school option can be picked up every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00 on the ground floor of Monticello building on campus. If those times are inconvenient or if you have any other special requests, please contact us directly at:

Payment:All items must be paid for in advance through the online shop via credit card, wire transfer, or cash on delivery.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

It’s possible to cancel your order prior to receiving it. To do so, please contact us directly to be refunded. After receiving your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from collection if in the original packaging and without any fault. No goods or claims will be accepted after that period of time.
